CIRCULAR
Subject: Implementation of Revised Company Policies
Dear Employees,
We would like to bring to your attention that, effective April 1, 2025, several updates have been made to our company policies to enhance workplace efficiency and foster a more productive work environment. These changes are based on employee feedback and evolving industry standards.
Key Policy Updates:
- Work Timings & Attendance:
- Office hours will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Employees must adhere to the attendance policy, and late arrivals beyond the permissible limit will require prior approval.
- Leave Policy:
- Annual leave has been revised to include two additional casual leave days per year.
- Emergency leave requests must be notified to the HR department at least 24 hours in advance, except in unforeseen circumstances.
- Remote Work Guidelines:
- Employees working from home must mark their attendance through the company portal and be available during office hours.
- All virtual meetings must be attended with video turned on unless specified otherwise.
- Code of Conduct:
- Professionalism must be maintained in all forms of workplace communication, including emails, internal messaging, and meetings.
- Any form of workplace misconduct will be strictly addressed as per company regulations.
- Use of Company Resources:
- Employees must ensure responsible use of company resources, including IT infrastructure, internet, and office supplies.
- Unapproved personal use of company resources may result in disciplinary action.
