0 Step 1: Visit the Official Website
1. Go to the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) Portal or apaar.education.gov.in.
2. Navigate to the “Student Registration” section.
Step 2: Create a DigiLocker Account
1. Login to DigiLocker:
Go to DigiLocker.
Use your Aadhaar-linked mobile number to sign up.
Step 2. Complete e-KYC:
Provide your Aadhaar number for identity verification.
Authorize sharing Aadhaar details with the APAAR system.
Step 3: Provide Academic Details
1. Fill in your:
Name (as per Aadhaar and UDISE records).
Date of Birth.
PEN (Permanent Enrollment Number) or UDISE ID.
Institution details (school/college name, class, etc.).
2. Confirm the details to ensure accuracy.
Step 4: Submit Parental Consent (if Minor)
1. If you are under 18, obtain a signed consent form from your parent/guardian.
2. Upload the scanned consent form during the registration process.
Step 5: Finalize Registration
1. Review all details and click “Submit.”
2. Your APAAR ID will be generated and linked to your DigiLocker account.
Step 6: Download APAAR ID
1. Log in to your DigiLocker account.
2. Navigate to the “Issued Documents” section.
3. Locate the APAAR ID card and download it.
This process ensures that your academic records are digitally stored and accessible for educational and professional purposes.
